A critical hotfix addressing server stability issues
- Fixed a bug that could permanently break the RCON connection, requiring a server restart to recover - Fixed private messages causing the server communication to freeze under certain conditions - Added diagnostic logs to identify a remaining issue with the new chat delivery system — if the problem persists, the logs will help us fix it faster in the next update
