A hotfix to address issues reported after v6.7.1:
- Fixed private messages not being delivered to the correct player on some servers - Fixed private messages being sent as public announcements on Linux/Wine servers - Fixed vehicle orders being incorrectly refunded even when the vehicle was successfully spawned - Fixed order responses missing important data, which could cause silent failures - Added detailed logging for refunds to help diagnose future issues faster - Prisoner Bot APIs (send package, send coins, send money) now fully work with RCON
